WHITEFISH, Mont. – Mar. 13, 2019 – Whitefish Credit Union, Montana’s largest credit union serving over 55,000 member-owners, is pleased to announce the recent promotion of Scott Blodgett to Commercial Loan Manager. In his new role, Scott will oversee all commercial lending activities for Whitefish Credit Union.

“Scott’s promotion reflects our commitment to providing members with the highest quality commercial loan products and services,” said Steven Moss, Senior Vice President and Chief Lending Officer. “He is committed to helping members obtain financing that meets their unique needs, whether that be starting a new venture or growing their existing business.

Scott brings over 15 years of professional lending experience to his new role. He joined Whitefish Credit Union in 2015, most recently serving as a Commercial Loan Officer. He previously served in a variety of business lending roles including business loan underwriter, business loan relationship manager, and senior credit officer.

Originally from Coeur d’Alene, Scott received his bachelor of science in accounting from the University of Idaho. He moved to the Flathead Valley with his wife and two daughters in 2013. They are avid boaters and skiers and enjoy being outdoors year-round.
