Switching in September, you’ll enjoy a reimagined, cleaner design, a straightforward navigation flow, with increased security all to help your day-to-day banking needs become easier.
The current login process will change once we make the switch. Review the topics below to enjoy a seamless transition. 

Our new online banking system requires every user to re-enroll.

Before the switch, we’re asking you to log into your online banking, through a web browser, to confirm your current contact information is up-to-date. Once logged in, click on Profile at the top of your dashboard to view the contact information we currently have on file.

That way, when we make the switch, you’ll be able to confirm your identify without a hitch!

Our new online banking system will be based on the accounts tied to an individual. During registration, you’ll be asked in input your social security number to confirm your identity. This will inform the system on which accounts you will be able to view.

We’re aware some households share a username.

To maintaining account security, we’re advising all Joint Account Holders to register for their own account. Access to account functionalities like estatements, bill pay payees, and account visibility will be available.

Later this month, keep an eye out for a step-by-step guide to assist on launch day.

The new online banking system will keep all the same features as before – with a user-friendly design! Both the app and desktop banking will be getting the upgrade.
