WHITEFISH, Mont. – Mar. 13, 2019 – Whitefish Credit Union, Montana’s largest credit union serving over 55,000 member-owners, is pleased to congratulate Alicia Softich on her new role as Vice President of Digital Services.
“We are proud to announce Alicia’s promotion to Vice President of Digital Services,” said Colleen Murphy, Senior Vice President of Operations. “Alicia has quickly made an impact at Whitefish Credit Union, applying her extensive experience in electronic banking services to better serve our members.”
In her role as VP of Digital services, Alicia manages the daily operation of all electronic services, including ACH, debit and credit card maintenance, online banking, and wire transfers. She is also responsible for growing Whitefish Credit Unions new call center operations, which launched in November 2018. As Branch Manager, she oversees teller operations, consumer lending services, and branch growth.
Alicia joined Whitefish Credit Union in 2013 as EFT Supervisor and was quickly promoted to EFT Manager. The following year, she took on the additional role of Branch Manager of the south Kalispell branch. Alicia’s career spans over 15 years in the financial industry.
Alicia is a Montana native and Whitefish High School graduate. She has been accepted to the Western Credit Union National Association Management School and expects to complete the program in 2021.
